The Park, The People and The Potential Event in Cambuslang Park
The Friends of Cambuslang Park organised a fun day in the park on 1st September 2007 which was an overwhelming success.
Events where organised throughout the park with the main purpose being to promote the park in the wider community interest and involvement.
Visitors got the opportunity to enjoy dance, music, demonstrations and circus workshops.
Hamish Neilson from Greenspace made bird boxes for the children and members of the Friends of Group gave them the opportunity to learn about the nature in the park.
